We are going to celebrate a colorful festival called Holi.it is called Holika too. Holika is the name of demoness who tried to kill a great devotee of God but he was killed herself. From that day, it has been celebrating on the occasion of victory of truth on sins or untruth or evil.. It is celebrated by Hindus in Nepal and India and Shrilanka. People can be seen wandering through the streets either on foot or on some vehicle, with a variety of colors smeared over them. Families and friends get together and celebrate the occasion with a lot of merry making. This spring time celebration is also an outburst of youthful exuberance in which throwing colors and water balloons (lolas) on passer- by is acceptable,

Maha Shibha Ratri
Shiva Ratri is the great religious festival of Nepal . .It is celebrated actually in the month of February every year. There is great religious fair at the temple of Pashunath on this day where millions people come to visit from different countries. Thousand and thousands devotees and trustful people come to worship and for holy dip there. Many holy men are seen on this occasion around the temple premise. Some holy men are seen naked too.
